It was another busy year of fundraising last year in BGS Infants and Juniors. With last year’s fundraising total topping £3,000, the 91ÊÓƵ was able to donate just over £1,000 to each of last year's chosen charities, , and .
This week the Charity Committee welcomed Lis Foy from '91ÊÓƵ in a Bag' and helped her pack the more than fifty bags the BGS donation had purchased. Each bag contains exercise books, pens, pencils, a lunchbox and water bottle and, once packed will be sent to the Philippines where they will be given to children who otherwise would not have access to the supplies needed to be able to attend school.
Well done to the Charity Committee for all their hard work, and thank you to everyone who so generously supported last year's fundraising.
